• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
SHIPPING TIME
• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
• Other Locations: 5–7 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, logistics delays, or high demand periods.
SHIPPING CHARGES
• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout
• Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods
ORDER TRACKING
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email
• You can track your order in real-time using the provided link
DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
• Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times
• If the order is undelivered after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us
UNDELIVERED / RTO (RETURN TO ORIGIN)
• Orders returned due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery will not be eligible for free reshipping
• Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch
