RETURNS
At Raeey, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience.
• Return requests must be raised within 4 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, with original tags and packaging.

EXCHANGE POLICY
• We currently do not offer direct exchanges
• Customers can place a return and reorder the desired product
REVERSE PICKUP
• Pickup will be arranged by us
• ₹100 will be deducted as return handling charges
• Maximum 3 pickup attempts will be made
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
• Jewelry items (for hygiene reasons)
DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Must be reported with:
• Clear images
• Unboxing video
• Order ID
REFUNDS
• Products reach us in 6–7 days
• Quality check within 24 hours
REFUND MODE
• Prepaid Orders → Original payment method
• COD Orders → Store credit (valid for 1 year)
STORE CREDIT
• Can be used at checkout via registered account
• Non-refundable
IMPORTANT GUIDELINES
• Do not accept tampered or damaged packages
• Returns without approval will not be accepted
• If QC fails, product will be shipped back (customer pays shipping)
• Self-return required in non-serviceable areas
• Report missing deliveries within 24 hours
