Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During peak seasons, festive sales, or promotional events, order processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery timeline is:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 6–10 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.
  • Orders below ₹999 may incur a standard shipping charge, which will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available for selected serviceable pin codes.
  • An additional COD handling fee may apply and will be displayed during checkout, if applicable.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation via Email and/or SMS containing your tracking details. You can use the tracking link to monitor your shipment at any time.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make 2–3 delivery attempts to deliver your package.

If the delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the package, the order will be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply if you request the order to be shipped again.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing your order. Raeey cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
